The English Language Proficiency Requirement (ELPR) is a requirement for all licensing candidates in British Columbia and must be satisfied prior to exam registration.
All 4 licensing programs require the completion of 20 homework assignments.
The education requirements for Real Estate, Mortgage, Strata Management, and Property Management are all administered through the UBC Sauder School of Business Real Estate Division.
All licensing exams are available to be written Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) from either 9AM-12PM, or 1PM-4PM, and are booked online, at least 10 days in advance.
The licensing programs are self-paced, distance programs designed to allow learners to structure their study within their individual schedules.
